We use a holistic framework and emphasize professional training and community support for women as they take action towards an improved version of themselves.
We encourage members to create healthy relationships with themselves and others by doing things like participating in small groups with an accountability partner.
In this membership, you will have daily access to a professional presence on our Facebook page.
You will receive monthly training to help you feel healthier, happier, confident, and connected.
You will find an awesome community that will provide accountability and support as a member.
Our Membership Will:
1) Create a shift in your mindset to help you increase motivation by exploring, identifying, and challenging your values and expectations.
2) Gain knowledge, resources, and support to help you improve your physical and mental health by increasing healthy behaviors, such as sleep, eating, exercise, and practicing mindfulness. This helps you learn how to regulate your feelings making you feel calmer, safe, and happy in your own body.
3) Receive support from other women in the community as well as provide support to them.
4) Have an accountability partner to participate in small groups for setting short-term and long-term goals with.
5) Participate in fun mingle and networking activities such as coffee time, yoga, exercise, and painting.
6) Learn practical skills to improve your confidence, identify and navigate negative and self-defeating thoughts and beliefs. Also learn to create healthy boundaries, assertive communication skills, and other valuable skills to help you create balance in your life as well as feel connected to your loved one.
7) Have access to a professional to answer your questions and provide support and guidance.
WEEK 1: LIVE TRAINING
A different training would be held via Zoom web conference during the first week of each month to ensure you achieve the optimal result by working during the whole month on the skill learned.
You receive professional training in one of the three main areas (Authentic, Balanced, and Connected) and include slides, worksheets, and other resources to help master those skills. If you miss the training, don’t worry. You can always catch the replay.
WEEK 2: MONTHLY Q&A CALL
This call is your opportunity to get the answers to all your questions. I will go live to answer your questions and discuss any concerns you might have.
During this call, you can discuss the skills of the month or ask questions about something different.
WEEK 3: MONTHLY COACHING CALLS
Every month, three participants have the opportunity to receive a 20-minute coaching session in a group call to guide them in the process of creating the life they want. The coaching will be about the skills we are learning that specific month.
You can take advantage of this excellent opportunity for individual attention, or you can simply observe and gain powerful insights which can immediately be applied to your own life.
WEEK 4: TBA-CALL
In the fourth week, the members have the opportunity to decide the topic of the call. Members will vote at the beginning of the month.
The options may include an additional Q&A session, “Coffee with the Coach,” expert training calls (a guest expert on an important coaching-related subject will provide guidance), mingle time (select an activity to socialize and have fun with the community), or individual office hours (participation in one of six 15-minute private coaching sessions).

Training includes skills development in values exploration, re-evaluating expectations of self and from others, setting short-term and long-term goals, identifying and challenging negative and self-defeating thoughts, and increasing self-esteem among others.
Balanced
Includes training to teach you the connection between different aspects of your well-being, including emotional, physical, social, spiritual health and finding work-life balance.
Training includes improving self-care, stress management, emotional regulation, and developing healthy habits such as exercise, mindfulness, nutrition, and sleep.
Connected
Find a sense of belonging in our community and practice wellness. The primary purpose is to offer community support and provide training to help you feel a healthy connection with yourself and your loved ones.
Training includes developing healthy boundaries, the art of listening, assertive training, and conflict resolution.

How Does The Membership Work?
It is a hybrid approach of content delivery with a mix of live and recorded training and downloadable content. It’s completely self-paced, so you can make it fit into your schedule. All interactions would be live sessions with recording for members who can’t attend. Members will have access to a private membership portal to download content and access to the private Facebook Group for community interaction.
